To suit your individual usage preferences, Vebio offers you three different methods to enter your time and billings.

Punch Timer.  Vebio's Punch Timer is the quickest and easiest way for you to enter time-based billings.   The Punch Timer is an intuitive pop-up timer (shown in the foreground at right) that automatically captures and calculates start time, elapsed time, end time, and billing dollar amount for any billable event at the touch of a button.

Timesheet.  If you prefer to keep track of your hours in an Excel spreadsheet, you can use Vebio's timesheet import template to record your hours offline.  At a time convenient to your schedule, you can then upload the billings from your spreadsheet all at one time.

Billings Register.  For one-off billing entries, Vebio's intuitive Billings Register (shown in the background above) allows you to enter single billing entries one at a time. All billings, whether entered through the Punch Timer, Timesheet Upload, or Billings Register, are accrued and tracked in this register until you decide to invoice them to your clients.
