PRIVACY POLICY

Vebio is committed to protecting your privacy. Please read this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") for details about our policies and practices relating to information you submit to us while using Vebio's sites and services (collectively referred to as the "Service"). This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Vebio through your use of the Service; it does not apply to information collected by third-party sites or services linked to from Vebio's site. Such third parties maintain and are responsible for their own privacy policies.

1. Collection of Information

1.1. Personal Information. When you register to use Vebio's site or services, we require you to provide personal contact information such as your name and e-mail address, as well as financial and billing information, such as your billing name, address, and credit card number ("Required Information"). As part of your registration, we also ask you to create a username and password ("Credentials"), which you are encouraged to keep confidential and are required to enter at certain times to verify your identity and/or access the Service. During your use of the Service, you may be asked to provide additional personal information such as your title, telephone or fax number, company name, or information relating to your relationships with third parties (e.g. client contact information) (collectively referred to as "Additional Information"). You can opt out of providing Additional Information by not entering it when asked.

1.2. Tracking Information. We may collect information about your visit, including the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions taken in connection with Vebio sites and services, as well as certain standard information that your browser sends to every web site you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times, and referring web site addresses (collectively referred to as "Tracking Information").

2. Use of Information

2.1. Vebio collects and uses your information to operate its web site and deliver the Service to you. This includes using your information to communicate with you and to send you certain mandatory service communications such as welcome letters, service notifications, billing reminders, information on technical service issues, and security announcements. This may also include the display of customized content and advertising on our web site based upon the information we have collected. In the event that such content is provided by a third party, such third party shall not be permitted to collect any information, nor will Vebio share any personally identifiable user information about you with such third party.

2.2. Vebio does not distribute or share customer e-mail addresses, except as directed by you during your use of the Service, as noted in our Terms of Service, or as may be required by law. Vebio does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. Vebio does not use or disclose any sensitive personal information such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent. Vebio may, from time to time, send you product surveys or promotional mailings to inform you of other products or services available from Vebio and/or its affiliates. Vebio may also contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In such cases, your personal information is not transferred to the third party. You may opt out of receiving these communications by replying to them at the time they are distributed, or at any time by contacting Vebio using our Customer Support Form.

2.3. Vebio uses Tracking Information to help diagnose technical problems and to administer the Service in order to constantly improve quality. We may also compile and analyze non-identifying usage and volume statistical information from visitor and customer Tracking Information and provide such information in aggregate form to third parties.

2.4. Vebio uses third-party intermediaries to provide limited services on our behalf, such as credit card processing, hosting of our network equipment and servers, providing customer support, processing transactions, processing and delivering of mailings, or performing statistical analysis of our Service. Vebio provides these intermediaries with only the information they need to deliver the service requested of them. Such intermediaries are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using such information for any other purpose.

2.5. Vebio may establish referral relationships with third-party companies or individuals who refer their customers to Vebio ("Referral Partner" or "Referral Partners"). Customers who become paying users of Vebio's Service through a Referral Partner are considered customers of both Vebio and the Referral Partner. Vebio and Referral Partners may share customer information, including account and billing information, with respect to their joint business relationship with the customer. The sharing of this information allows Vebio and Referral Partners to establish the identity of the shared customer and determine any referral fees owed. This sharing may also allow Referral Partners to provide consolidated billing services to the shared customer.

2.6. Vebio may establish integration relationships with third-party companies or individuals ("Integration Partner" or "Integration Partners"). These relationships extend the functionality of the Service and the Integration Partner application or service ("Integrated Service") by allowing the Service and the Integrated Service to exchange customer data and to establish linked business processes between the two. Customers who pay Vebio for use of the Service and use this Integrated Service are considered customers of both Vebio and the Integration Partner. Vebio and an Integration Partner may share customer information, including account and billing information, with respect to their integrated business relationship with the customer. The sharing of this information allows Vebio and the Integration Partner to establish the identity of the shared customer and determine any referral fees owed. This sharing may also allow Integration Partners to provide consolidated billing services to the shared customer and/or allow for the enhanced functionality of the Service or Integrated Service.

2.7. Vebio may access and/or disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or if in its good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Vebio; (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of Vebio; or (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of customers, visitors, or members of the public.

3. Control of Your Information

We offer you the choice of whether or not to receive promotional or marketing material from Vebio or on behalf of Vebio's external third party business partners. You may change your preferences by logging into your Vebio account and accessing the Setup section of your member account. This preference does not apply to mandatory service communications that are considered part of the Vebio Service.

4. Security of Your Information

Vebio is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as your password or credit card number) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

5. Use of Cookies

Cookies are files that standard web browsers place on a computer's hard drive. Vebio uses cookies to help us authenticate customers, provide timesaving shortcuts and preferences, and improve and enhance our Service. Vebio uses a persistent encrypted cookie, if the client requests, to save and retrieve individual authentication information. Furthermore, Vebio uses a persistent encrypted cookie to track visits to our site in order to capture affiliate or promotional source information, improve our overall Service offering, and/or troubleshoot technical issues related to our Service. Acceptance of these cookies is optional. However, if you reject these cookies, Vebio reserves the right to limit or deny your access to any or all portions of the Service.

6. Changes to This Policy

Vebio may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in its Service or feedback from its visitors and customers. If there are material changes to this Privacy Policy or in how Vebio will use your personal information, we will prominently post such changes on Vebio's web site. When we posts such changes to this Privacy Policy, you will see the word "Updated" next to the Privacy Policy link on our web site for a period of no less than thirty (30) days following the implementation of such change. Furthermore, we encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be informed of how Vebio is protecting your information.
