What is Vebio?
Vebio is an online billings management system and invoicing service designed specifically
for the professional service provider. Vebio's web-based billing solution automates the invoicing process
and eases the tracking and billing of hourly fees and other charges.
Designed for the small- to mid-sized professional services provider, Vebio offers corporate-class billings
management and invoicing capabilities at an affordable rate.

How does the service work?
Using Vebio, you enter or upload your client billings using an intuitive, web-based interface,
and at the click of a button you can instantly generate a properly-formatted PDF invoice
that you can email to your client directly from your Vebio account.
You can also set up recurring invoices to be automatically generated and delivered
to your clients on the dates and intervals that you specify. All your historical billing
and invoicing data—along with all relevant tracking information such as date printed, date sent,
paid/unpaid, etc.—is stored within your Vebio account and accessible anywhere
you have an Internet connection.

Absolutely. Vebio's billing and invoicing system is flexible enough to accomodate all billing types and industry practices.
Whether you bill by the hour, on retainer, or for specific products or services, Vebio can service your billing needs.

Can I set up multiple users for my account?
Yes. Vebio was designed to be accessible by multiple users within your organization.
If you have several professionals on staff that need to individually record and submit billable hours and expenses,
you can set up a user account for each billable professional.
You can also set up individual users with different access levels,
and with Vebio's Approval Routing feature,
you can designate supervisors and project managers that have the ability to approve or reject billings within their scope
of responsibility. Finally, if you have a single person in charge of invoicing (e.g. an accountant or
office manager), you can designate that individual to have invoicing rights once billings have been approved.
All users accessing your account are tracked so that you can tell who performed what action and
when they performed it.

Can I set up a recurring invoice in Vebio?
Yes! Vebio offers one of the most flexible recurring invoice schedulers around.
With Vebio, you can specify the interval you'd like to use (e.g. "days", "weeks", or "semi-monthly", etc.),
the frequency of your intervals (e.g. "every 10 days", "every 2 weeks", or "every 1 quarter", etc.),
and the exact occurrence of the invoice date (e.g. "on Friday" or "on the "1st and the 16th of the month").
Furthermore, you can specify if you want to have your recurring invoice: (a) created and left as a draft
for you to review and edit; (b) created and printed to a final PDF for you to review; or (c) created,
printed, and automatically emailed to your client so that you never have to worry about getting your invoices
out on time again.

Does Vebio track my invoices for me?
Vebio automatically tracks all your important invoicing activities for you so you don't have to.
For example, every invoice you create is automatically time-stamped with the date created, date modified,
date printed, and date sent, etc. In addition, you may also mark an invoice as paid or unpaid,
and this information is saved along with the original invoice data.

Do my clients have to log in to view my invoices?
No. Unlike other billing services that require your clients to log in to their web site to view
and pay your invoices, Vebio sends the entire invoice directly to your client via email as a PDF attachment.
Upon receipt of this email, your clients will be able to view the invoice immediately.
Or if you choose, you can also save the PDF invoice to your own computer and email it directly to your client
from your own email program. And, of course, you can always simply print out the invoice and mail
the hard copy to your client at any time.

Can I upload my data from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Using Vebio's import feature, you can upload a timesheet or an entire list of client billings
to your Vebio account. Instead of entering charges manually, you can use this tool to quickly entire dozens
or hundreds of client billings at one time.

Can I back up or download a copy of my data?
Yes. Using Vebio's export feature, you can download all of your client, billing, and
invoice data from your Vebio account to an Excel spreadsheet.

Is my information secure?
Vebio takes the security of your information very seriously. We use SSL
(Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocols when transmitting your information, including
credit card and payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed
on the bottom of most browser windows during SSL-encrypted transactions, indicating
that your page is secure. You can also tell if your page is protected if the URL
displayed in the address bar begins with "https:".
Any time Vebio asks you for credit card information, it will be encrypted with SSL security.
The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers, and will never be displayed back
to you in its entirety when you retrieve or edit it on Vebio's site. Instead, you will
see only asterisks and the last four digits of your number.

Can I use the service for free?
Yes. Vebio's fully functional Trial account offers you the ability to try all of Vebio's
premium features free for a period of ten days.
In addition, Free accounts are also available for users that need only basic invoicing functionality.

Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. You may sign up for Vebio's Trial or Free account, which gives you access to your own Vebio
account without requiring any credit card to get started. However, for continued access and/or higher usage limits,
or to access additional features such as import/export capabilities, project codes, or approval routing,
you will need to sign up under one of Vebio's paid service plans.

What is Vebio's cancellation policy?
Paid accounts can be cancelled at any time with no further payment obligation after
the expiration of the current subscription period. There is no payment obligation
with free accounts.

Can I request a refund if I'm not fully satisfied?
Yes. Vebio offers a 30-day money back guarantee for all new paid accounts.
If you are not satisfied with your service for any reason within thirty (30) days of subscribing,
you may cancel your account and request a full refund of your subscription fee.
After thirty days, you may cancel your account at any time with no further payment obligation
following the expiration of your current subscription period.
